These terms and conditions are intended for all parties- schools or individuals- enrolling in Mighty Minds Head Start courses and should be read carefully before the finalisation of the booking. In agreeing to these terms and conditions you are entering into a contract with Mighty Minds. To accept this agreement, please click “Agree” located at the bottom of the page.

TERMS OF SERVICE

These conditions have been written by Mighty Minds. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Mighty Minds Educational Systems Pty Ltd.

Section 1: What we offer

We are offering holiday courses targeted at improving student results in a variety of senior subjects. Each course runs for a full day and students will be exposed to a variety of practice questions and theory during this time. Our facilitators will run engaging sessions that aim to improve student performance and enhance academic outcomes. Students enrolled in these courses will also gain access to the Mighty Minds Portal and relevant Mighty Minds resources. We have a commitment to delivering quality education and will uphold this pledge to the best of our ability.

Section 2: Privacy Policy

Your submission of personal information to our business is governed by our Privacy Policy. http://mightyminds.com.au/privacy-policy

Section 3: Refund Policy

There will be no refunds granted for the purchase of a Mighty Minds Head Start Course, except in circumstances which we deem to be reasonable. Requests for refunds will be dealt with on a case- by-case basis. Please contact director@mightyminds.com.au for further information.

Section 4: Communication Policy

By providing us with your email address, you accept that we will use this to contact you with information about our courses. We will not distribute this information to any third party without first obtaining your written consent.

Section 5: Payment and Booking Terms

Individual parties are required to pay in full at the time of booking. With regards to school bookings, the payment of the invoice is something which will be outlined throughout your individual booking process.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include bookings placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel a booking, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the booking was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit bookings that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our company. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Section 6: Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Mighty Minds, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any damages, injury or loss of any kind whatsoever, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of the service.

Section 7: Copyright

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service, or information delivered in the workshops without express written permission by us.

Section 8: Complaints and Dispute Resolution

We guarantee that the quality of workshops will be high; we will only employ fully registered QLD teachers in facilitator positions and these people will have extensive knowledge of the senior syllabus and deliver it in an engaging manner. If our clients feel that this is not the case, they can contact the director of the company, who will make the final decision on the course of action that will be taken.

We take no financial responsibility for any willful damage that any student causes to the property of any venue.

In the event that we need to cancel a workshop for circumstances out of our control, our clients will be notified at the soonest possible time and fully refunded their original payment. We take no responsibility for any other financial costs incurred as a result of our cancellation, including but not limited to accommodation and travel to the venue.

Section 9: Student Behaviour Expectations

By accepting these terms and conditions, you are acknowledging that we have the right to remove any misbehaving child from the workshop at any time. Students causing disruptions to learning or damaging property can be asked to leave at the discretion of the facilitator, and arrangements for refunds or attendance at other workshops will be made on a case-by-case basis.

Section 10: Responsibility

As the parent/guardian of a child under the age of 18, you understand that we accept no parental responsibility for your child while they attend any Head Start Course. It is your responsibility to ensure that your child is dropped off and collected from the relevant venue at the appropriate times.

Section 11: Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws Queensland.

Section 12: Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions, provided that we notify you of any changes via the email address that you have supplied. It is your responsibility to be familiar with these amendments, as your continuing business relationship with us constitutes an acceptance of those changes.
